If you're living in or moving to Tirana with a dog, Pet Paradise Albania is a name you'll hear often. Founded in 2015, it holds the distinction of being Albania's first dedicated dog daycare and boarding facility — and a decade later, it's still the most established operation of its kind in the country.
The business started at Rezidenca Kodra e Diellit in Tirana, where the founders built their first client base and quickly distinguished themselves with a dedicated outdoor play area and organised excursions — including trips to Lalzi Bay. They put on one of Albania's first puppy competitions in 2016, and in 2018 co-hosted a pet fair in collaboration with the Municipality of Tirana.
Today Pet Paradise Albania operates from a spacious green property in Dobresh on the outskirts of Tirana — a location they describe as "a true oasis" for dogs while their owners are away. The facility is dog-only.

Before You Book
A few practical things worth knowing before you reach out:
- Vaccinations are required. Up-to-date records must be provided before your dog's first visit.
- Daycare is subscription-based. The Monday–Friday programme runs on a monthly subscription, not a drop-in basis.
- Grooming is for members only. The bath and spa service is available exclusively to existing daycare or boarding clients.
- Transport is available for members within their service area, on fixed morning and afternoon schedules.
- For boarding, the facility provides bedding and food bowls, but you're welcome to bring your dog's own bed or pre-portioned food to maintain their routine.
- The location is in Dobresh (SH3 24), on the outskirts of Tirana. Factor in travel time if you're in the city centre.
